Job Title: Head Dental Nurse

Dental Beauty Partners* is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Dental Nurse to join our team at our reputable and award-winning practice, Dental Beauty Bromley.

We offer a wide range of private & NHS dental treatments to our patients from the surrounding areas, from simple fillings or a complex smile makeovers, as well as specialist treatments.

As a Head Dental Nurse, you will have the responsibility of guiding the Nursing team to deliver a fantastic patient journey. You will be responsible for ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and service.

We are looking for a full-time applicant to join us at the position. The successful candidate will have a highly competitive hourly rate of up to £16 p/h, varying depending on prior experience & qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Nursing team to deliver a fantastic patient journey
  • Ensure that our patients receive the highest level of care and service
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the Nursing team
  • Provide training and support to the Nursing team

Requirements:

  • Dentally Software experience is preferred but not essential
  • DBS checked with the right to work within the UK
