About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen team in our award-winning Loch Fyne Oyster Bar Restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the smooth running of the kitchen, preparing and cooking dishes from our menu.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes from our menu
  • Work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Maintain good communication skills and excellent food hygiene standards
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the kitchen
Requirements
  • Strong background in a similar environment working with fish and seafood
  • HNC level qualification or experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure
  • Good food hygiene standards
