Position Overview
Change Grow Live is pleased to announce an opening for the role of Services Manager.
Our organization provides a confidential support service aimed at assisting young individuals up to the age of 21 who are facing challenges related to substance use. We deliver comprehensive guidance and support, which encompasses tailored intervention plans, brief consultations, focused group sessions, outreach initiatives, and educational training. Additionally, we extend our services to support children and young people affected by the substance use of a family member, addressing the issue of Hidden Harm. Our approach is holistic, collaborating closely with local partners to ensure a coordinated effort in supporting young individuals.
This position is offered as a fixed-term contract with potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities
As a vital member of the Children & Young People's (CYP) Leadership Team, you will be dedicated to fostering an environment where children and young people can flourish, feel secure, and maintain their well-being.
In collaboration with your Regional Head of CYP Services and the broader senior leadership team, you will play a crucial role in nurturing a dynamic, outcome-oriented culture centered on young people at all levels of service delivery. Your responsibilities will include providing senior operational leadership and strategic guidance across all facets of your CYP services, which encompasses service performance, team management, budget oversight, and engagement with strategic stakeholders.
As an advocate for positive transformation, you will contribute to the establishment of a compelling vision for the future development of the CYP services under your purview. You will foster a sense of unity within the wider CYP directorate, ensuring that local teams feel empowered and supported in realizing this vision. Your role will involve continuously inspiring improvements in service delivery within a learning-oriented environment.
Salary Range
CGL points 40 to 44 (£43, £48)
