Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Veterinary Surgeon to join our clinical team at a small animal practice in the West Midlands. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional patient care and treatment, working closely with our veterinary nurses and support staff.
  • Conduct thorough examinations, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
  • Perform surgical procedures, including routine operations and emergency surgeries.
  • Prescribe medications and recommend treatment options to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest veterinary techniques and best practices through ongoing professional development.
Requirements
  • Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent.
  • Registered with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS).
  • Strong small animal experience, gained as a general practitioner.
  • Excellent people skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
