POSITION OVERVIEW

This role involves the application of advanced technical products within specialized markets, enhancing the sales of unique lubricants and solutions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Technical Service Engineer will play a crucial role in providing exceptional technical engineering and product support directly to clients. This position requires regular collaboration with the commercial sales team to ensure the delivery of top-tier product technology and maintenance practices. Responsibilities include:

  • Enhancing customer product quality by optimizing asset reliability through the latest services and technologies.
  • Working closely with the Central Technical Department, which comprises mechanical engineers, chemists, and application specialists.
  • Collaborating with the Industrial team, including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Research & Development.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Qualified Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Chemist, or Applications Engineer (or equivalent experience) with established industry knowledge.
  • Demonstrated experience in sectors such as metalworking, oil and gas, sustainable energy, mineral processing, and food and beverage.
  • Experience in a customer-facing engineering role is advantageous.
