About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Care Co-ordinator to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care Co-ordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our care services, working closely with our clients, care professionals, and internal teams to deliver exceptional care experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain effective schedules for our care professionals, taking into account client needs, travel time, and other factors.
  2. Collaborate with our recruitment team to ensure adequate staffing levels and match care professionals with new clients.
  3. Work closely with our care team to ensure timely scheduling of care packages and resourcing.
  4. Manage client and care professional information on our electronic scheduling system.
  5. Perform other duties as required to support the successful operation of our business.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be responsive to changes in the schedule and able to liaise with relevant team members.

Working Hours:

This is a full-time role of 40 hours per week, typically worked between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday, with one on-call night and one weekend per month. There may be occasions where you will be required to work outside of these hours.
