About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Care Co-ordinator to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care Co-ordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our care services, working closely with our clients, care professionals, and internal teams to deliver exceptional care experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain effective schedules for our care professionals, taking into account client needs, travel time, and other factors.
- Collaborate with our recruitment team to ensure adequate staffing levels and match care professionals with new clients.
- Work closely with our care team to ensure timely scheduling of care packages and resourcing.
- Manage client and care professional information on our electronic scheduling system.
- Perform other duties as required to support the successful operation of our business.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be responsive to changes in the schedule and able to liaise with relevant team members.
Working Hours:
This is a full-time role of 40 hours per week, typically worked between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday, with one on-call night and one weekend per month. There may be occasions where you will be required to work outside of these hours.
