Lead Our Residential Service in Edlington

We're seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Manager to lead our residential service in Edlington, Doncaster. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of life for the individuals we support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement person-centred support plans to promote independence and positive outcomes.
  • Conduct care needs assessments and recruit, induct, and supervise a team of colleagues.
  • Manage the day-to-day running of the service, including medication audits and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and families to ensure seamless support.
  • Lead a team to deliver exceptional care and support, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a CQC registered manager or in a care management role.
  • Willingness to undertake CQC registration and hold a Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
  • Experience in line managing a large team and supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviours.
