Residential Care Assistant - Cotswold

Location: Duston, Northampton

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, including day and night shifts

Essential Skills:

Job Responsibilities:

As a Residential Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting residents with varying degrees of mental health challenges, following the plans set by the clinical team and utilizing a recovery-focused approach. Your role will involve providing both practical and emotional support, empowering individuals to lead fulfilling lives. Flexibility is key, as you will be required to work both day and night shifts, including weekends and holidays.

This job description is not exhaustive; additional duties may be assigned following discussion with your supervisor.
