Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage tenant expectations and escalate property maintenance issues affecting tenant welfare via appropriate channels.
  • Provide general advice on all aspects of tenancy to enable sustainability.
  • Conduct regular tenancy and estate audits and inspections to monitor performance of grounds maintenance, communal cleaning, and other estate services.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience as a Housing Officer.
  • Good understanding of internal working culture and policy and procedures.
  • Proven history and experience with front-line customer service.
