Senior Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at an international pharmaceutical manufacturer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and mechanical engineering, with experience working in a FMCG manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a range of machinery, including electrical equipment, and will work closely with the engineering team to ensure the smooth operation of the site. They will also be required to train junior members of the team and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair electrical and mechanical equipment
  • Work collaboratively with the engineering team to ensure site operations run smoothly
  • Train junior members of the team
  • Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience working in a FMCG manufacturing environment
  • Hold a level 3 NVQ or above in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Strong fault-finding and repair skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
