Role Overview:
Our dedicated sales engineers play a crucial role in supporting UK customers throughout every phase of their projects, from initial development and installation to ongoing support and aftersales service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture existing accounts while enhancing relationships and profitability.
- Report and provide updates to the Sales Director regarding current and prospective business applications.

Candidate Profile:
We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and approachable Technical Sales Specialist with exceptional networking abilities to foster strong connections with both new and existing customers and suppliers. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A solid practical background in engineering or electronics, with the capability to troubleshoot and devise innovative, cost-effective solutions for our clients.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a sales engineering role within the manufacturing or electronics sector.
- At least an HNC (or equivalent) in Electronic or Mechanical Engineering.
- Proficient planning skills and computer literacy.

Training and Development:
This position includes in-house product training, which may involve training sessions with our key suppliers, and offers a clear pathway for career advancement to Key Account Manager within 18 months, contingent upon a proven track record in account development.
