This is a permanent position requiring in-office attendance four days a week, with one day allocated for remote work.

Role Overview
The primary objective of this position is to provide essential support to the Corporate Banking Relationship Managers. You will engage in the comprehensive process of new deal origination, structuring, and execution, while also assisting the RMs with all facets of post-lending management.Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct due diligence analysis, prepare Credit Proposals, facilitate client onboarding, and manage facility funding for new transactions.
  • Contribute to business development efforts and actively promote the bank's offerings to targeted clientele.
  • Maintain regular communication with key industry contacts to stay informed about market trends.
  • Play a crucial role in monitoring covenants and post-lending activities of the bank's existing loan portfolio.
  • Participate in periodic and non-periodic reviews of current portfolio accounts.
  • Coordinate with counterparties to ensure compliance with all deadlines.
  • Develop skills necessary for account planning, client pitching, and cross-selling, while gaining initial experience in client ownership.
The ideal candidate will hold a degree and demonstrate exceptional communication skills, strong relationship-building abilities, and a results-driven mindset. Experience in a similar capacity within Financial Services, particularly corporate banking, is preferred. Proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous but not mandatory.
