Job Title: Restaurant Host

Situated in a prime location overlooking the Thames, our restaurant offers an exceptional dining experience. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Host to join our team at Sam's Riverside, a critically acclaimed Modern British Restaurant & Bar in Hammersmith.

About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual with a passion for delivering perfect hospitality in a fast-paced high-end restaurant environment. As a Restaurant Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements, ensuring efficient use of our restaurant space.
  • Work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Assist with maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment, adhering to high standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar environment, preferably in a high-end restaurant or bar.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Knowledge of SevenRooms or similar booking systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
