About the Role

As a Postal Delivery Driver with Pertemps Didcot, you will be responsible for delivering mail and parcels to customers in a designated area. Your day will begin with a brief period in the local delivery office, where you will sort mail and receive instructions for your route. You will then use a hand-held computer device to capture customer signatures and navigate your route efficiently.

About You
  • We are looking for individuals who are upbeat, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team. A strong sense of community and a willingness to work flexible hours are essential.
  • You should be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and be physically fit. Experience in a customer-facing role is also desirable.
  • A full UK manual driving license with no more than six penalty points is required. A clean license is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver mail and parcels to customers in a designated area
  • Sort mail and receive instructions for your route in the local delivery office
  • Use a hand-held computer device to capture customer signatures and navigate your route efficiently
  • Work flexible hours, including Saturdays, with the option of a day off during the week
Requirements
