The RoleWe're seeking a meticulous Test Development Engineer to design, develop, and implement robust tests for our products. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and suppliers to ensure reliability, quality, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop test systems from the ground up
- Take ownership of the test process and ensure continuous improvement
- Automate test processes and support FMEA activities
- Liaise with the Quality team for compliance and continuous improvement
- Strong test design experience in a manufacturing environment
- Degree in Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field
- Continuous Test, Integration, Development, Tooling, and Processes
- Experience with industry standards such as ISO 13485, IATF 16949
