About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Food Team at IKEA. As a Food Service Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering a great customer experience and providing high-quality food to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
What We Offer

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a team player with a passion for food and customer service. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask. Prior experience in food service is desirable, but not essential.
