Job Title: Events and Public Relations Manager

We're seeking an experienced Events and Public Relations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you'll be responsible for managing all earned media activities, including influencer content creation, gifting, press, and events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing and earned media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
  • Manage relationships with influencers, negotiate contracts, and oversee the execution of events.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to plan engaging content and capture high-quality visuals for social media.
  • Oversee event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Analyse post-event reports to summarise results, ROI, and learnings for future events.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in the UK or related field.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities, with a creative mindset and keen eye for identifying unique collaboration opportunities.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, influencer marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Genuine passion for influencer marketing, social media, and digital marketing trends.
