About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Sciensus. As a Nurse Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a real difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer a range of IV therapies as specified in patient care plans, ensuring safe and effective treatment.
  • Conduct holistic clinical assessments to identify patient needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Build strong relationships with patients, stakeholders, and support networks to facilitate treatment and recovery.
  • Travel throughout a regional area to visit patients at home, providing specialist treatment and support.
Requirements
  • Registered General Nurse qualification and experience in administering IV therapies, venepuncture, and sub-cut injections.
  • Competence in conducting holistic clinical assessments and developing personalized care plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and stakeholders.
  • A full UK driving licence, as regional travel will be required.
