The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. This includes:

  • Welcoming and assisting customers at reception
  • Providing information and answering queries in a friendly and professional manner
  • Identifying sales opportunities and promoting our services
  • Hosting individuals and parties, ensuring a memorable experience
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy environment, preparing and serving food and drinks

Key Skills and Qualities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to resolving customer issues
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to work as part of a team, supporting colleagues to achieve our goals
