We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant General Adult Psychiatrist to join our team at Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Consultant Psychiatry team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality clinical leadership and care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert clinical leadership and care to patients with complex mental health needs
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Contribute to the development and implementation of mental health services and policies
- Supervise and mentor junior staff to ensure high-quality care and professional development
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of services
