Room Leader Opportunity at Bright Horizons New Beckenham Day Nursery and Preschool

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Room Leader to join our team at Bright Horizons New Beckenham Day Nursery and Preschool. As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of early years professionals to deliver exceptional care and education to our children.

About the Role
  • Lead a team of early years professionals to deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years
  • Develop and implement engaging learning programs that meet the individual needs of each child
  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure a positive and safe environment for children
  • Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and Bright Horizons' policies and procedures
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £29,845 - £35,904 per annum, dependent on qualification and experience
  • Discounted childcare of 50% for the first child
  • Up to 33 days' holiday per year, with the option to buy additional days
