Job Summary

We are seeking two experienced Occupational Therapists to join our team at Tripod Partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct face-to-face reviews and assessments for adults of all ages to determine reablement needs.
  • Provide equipment and adaptation recommendations to support clients in their daily lives.
  • Triage clients to establish the most effective use of community resources, reducing the need for paid statutory services.

Requirements:

  • 2 x Fully Qualified Occupational Therapists with experience in reablement and community care.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
