We are seeking a highly skilled Health & Safety Coordinator to join our team at Tetra Tech, a leading global provider of consulting and engineering services. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, clients, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement safety training programs and ensure employee compliance.
- Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of health and safety performance, including incident reports and training records.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in health and safety management, preferably in a consulting or engineering services environment.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards, including OSHA and ISO 45001.
