About the Role
- Provide support to our customers in their own homes by helping with daily tasks such as washing, dressing, and food preparation.
- Administer medication in line with a client's care plan, with full training provided.
- Help maintain individuals' independence and wellbeing.
- Ensure accurate and prompt recording of relevant documentation.
About You
No previous experience or qualifications are required, as we provide comprehensive paid training, shadowing, and support.
- You'll be a naturally kind, patient, and compassionate person who can put a smile on clients' faces.
- You'll have good timekeeping skills and be able to take the time to listen and understand our customers.
- You'll need a driving licence and your own vehicle due to the distance between our customers.
Job Benefits
- Double time on bank holidays and an extra £1 per hour on weekends.
- Mileage allowance of 45p per mile.
