Youth Support Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Social Worker to join our multidisciplinary team at Rhodes Wood Hospital in Hatfield. As a Social Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to children and young people with eating disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a complex caseload and conduct social care assessments and risk assessments.
- Facilitate group activities and contribute to ICR meetings to support service users in making viable plans for their future.
- Report to the Safeguarding Lead and manage internal investigations, liaising with home authorities as needed.
- Participate in 1:1 supervision and complete annual social care reassessments within the CPA format.
- Facilitate access to welfare rights, housing, advocacy services, and associated support services.
- HCP registration
- Social Work England registration
- A Social Work degree
- Experience within a similar environment
- Annual salary of up to £40,000
