Year 4 Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Year 4 teacher to join our vibrant and fun primary school in Hillingdon. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our students.

About the Role

As a Year 4 teacher, you will be responsible for the pastoral care of children taking their first steps in Key Stage 2, promoting teamwork, and cultivating a conducive learning environment. You will teach the Key Stage 2 curriculum to groups of children while focusing on each individual child's learning targets, encouraging their strengths, and improving their weaknesses.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of your students.
  • Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback and support to ensure academic excellence.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and develop a supportive pastoral environment.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture.
