We are seeking a skilled and experienced part-time locum dentist to join our team at Green Apple Dental. As a part-time locum dentist, you will be working 2 days a week during September and October, providing high-quality dental care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing dental services to patients in a busy, independently owned dental practice
  • Working collaboratively with our team of 4 associates and a practicing principal
  • Utilizing fully computerized surgeries and digital x-rays
  • Participating in a qualified nursing team and longstanding support team

Requirements:

  • Full NHS Performer Number (if applicable)
  • Local Area Team confirmation
  • GDC certificate
  • UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV, and TB results dated within the last 5 years
  • Indemnity certificate
  • Passport
  • Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
  • Clinical references covering places of employment over the past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
  • Degree certificate
  • CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
  • IRMER
  • PIN number
