As the foremost provider of Community Equipment Services in the UK, we specialize in delivering comprehensive solutions throughout the entire lifecycle of equipment provision and recycling in the healthcare domain.

We are in search of enthusiastic individuals who share our vision of enhancing the quality of life and independence for our clients. Our services enable individuals to remain in their homes, reducing unnecessary hospital stays and allowing the NHS to focus on critical care.

In your capacity as the Transport Operations Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our Community Equipment Technicians (drivers) and Community Equipment Engineers (engineers) are motivated, well-organized, and equipped to meet delivery and collection demands, thereby ensuring timely access to essential equipment for our service users.

The Transport Operations team is integral to the success of our service delivery. Your responsibilities will encompass not only the logistics of equipment delivery and collection but also the installation, demonstration, and maintenance of our products. Your leadership will be pivotal in optimizing their performance.

In addition to managing the team, you will collaborate closely with other First Line Managers within the service center, engaging in cross-training initiatives.

This role necessitates excellent communication skills and prior experience in transport management.

While our operations are based in a central location, we extend our services across various regions. Comprehensive training will be provided as part of your onboarding.

Above all, you will embody the compassion and care essential for ensuring our service operates seamlessly, enabling our users to receive vital healthcare equipment promptly.
