We are seeking a skilled Class 2 Hiab Driver to join our team at a busy Builders Merchant in Hanwell. This is a full-time permanent role that offers a great opportunity to work with a well-established business that values its staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a Class 2 vehicle safely and efficiently
  • Operate a hiab crane to deliver building materials in accordance with the delivery schedule
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients
  • Keep accurate records of journey times, hours worked, and mileage
  • Report any defects or issues with the vehicle
  • Conduct daily vehicle checks to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition
  • Operate a tachograph in line with current legislation
Requirements:
  • HGV Cat C Licence and DIGI Card
  • A minimum of 6 points on the licence
  • Hiab/Almi certificate
  • Experience driving a Class 2 vehicle and operating a hiab
  • A positive and reliable attitude, with a long-term commitment to the role
  • A good level of English speaking, reading, and writing skills
