Key Responsibilities:
Procurement and Operational Support:
- Oversee a team of 2 assistants to ensure the smooth delivery of the Accounts Payable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Manage the purchase order workflow, ensuring seamless integration with the Accounts Payable process.
- Develop and implement effective new supplier on-boarding procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Identify and resolve issues related to purchase order to invoice matching controls, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Manage invoice coding and data cleansing activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices.
- Review and approve employee expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Financial Reporting:
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to gather inputs for the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Support the wider finance operations team with month-end AP-related activities, ensuring seamless integration with the overall financial reporting process.
Audit Support:
- Liaise with the Group auditors to provide timely and accurate information requested, ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Accounts Payable, with a strong understanding of month-end related activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A motivated and energetic individual, with a desire to drive results and achieve excellence.
- Ability to manage workload with minimal direction, with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills.
