About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at ISS. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical systems and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned maintenance and repairs to electrical systems and equipment in accordance with established schedules and procedures.
- Conduct electrical fault diagnosis and rectification to minimize downtime and ensure optimal system performance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective communication and coordination of maintenance activities.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including documentation of work completed and materials used.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- City & Guilds Parts 1 and 2 (Electrical Installation 2360) or recognized equivalent.
- 17th Edition Institute of Electrical Engineers (I.E.E) Registration or recognized equivalent.
- Electrical Apprenticeship – gained within the building maintenance industry.
- Health and Safety Training.
- GCSE (or 'O' Level equivalent) passes in Maths and English or recognized equivalent.
- Experience with similar maintenance duties, including fault diagnosis and rectification.
