Financial Advisory Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Advisory Administrator to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. As a Financial Advisory Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial advisory services, providing administrative support to our advisors, and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to our financial advisors, including data entry, chasing suppliers, and submitting applications.
- Assist with report writing, research, and presentation preparation.
- Maintain and update client files, send letters of authority, and communicate with clients via email and phone.
- Utilize PowerPoint and Microsoft 365 to a high level.
- RO1, RO2, RO3, and RO4 qualifications.
- Experience working in financial advisory services.
- Ability to work on-site, Monday to Friday, 09h00 - 17h30.
- Willingness to grow general advisory knowledge.
- A stable and growing independent financial advisory business.
