Job Summary

As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical assistance to our customers, ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on our range of medical equipment, including autoclaves, to ensure they are functioning correctly and efficiently.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to customers, either on-site or remotely, to troubleshoot and resolve issues with our equipment.
  • Training and Development: Deliver training sessions to customers on the safe and effective use of our equipment, as well as provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure they are confident in their ability to operate the equipment.
  • Product Promotion: Promote our products and services to customers, highlighting their benefits and features, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all equipment is installed, commissioned, and validated to the relevant industry standards, and that all work is carried out in accordance with our quality management system.
Requirements
  • Technical Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of medical equipment, including autoclaves, and have experience in a similar role.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Be able to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Be able to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Industry Knowledge: Have a working knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including HTM/UKAS.
