Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Graduate Learning Support Professional to join our team at EdEx. As a Graduate Learning Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing support to students with special educational needs (SEN) in a secondary school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with Maths, Reading, Writing, Phonics, and other subjects
  • Provide 1:1 support and interventions in small groups for students with SEN/SEMH needs
  • Work alongside a dedicated team of educators to develop and implement individualized learning plans
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure seamless support for students

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree from a reputable university
  • Experience working with children and young people, particularly those with SEN
  • Previous employment involving working with children with SEND
  • Outgoing individual with a 'can-do' attitude and excellent communication skills

What We Offer:

  • Competitive daily rate of £105-£110
  • Full-Time, Long-Term contract
  • Term-Time only
