Position Summary:

  • Oversee a portfolio of clinical negligence cases from inception to resolution, ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients.
  • Engage in legal research pertaining to clinical negligence to offer well-informed counsel.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates on case developments.
  • Work collaboratively with senior attorneys and partners in a collegial team setting.
  • Prepare and evaluate legal documents, including pleadings and settlement agreements.
  • Advocate for clients in court proceedings and during negotiations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Licensed solicitor with relevant experience in clinical negligence law.
  • Proactive attitude with a strong desire to support departmental growth.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to work effectively within a team and manage various tasks simultaneously.
