Job Overview

Position: Manufacturing Technician

This is a remarkable opportunity to become part of a well-established Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) that has transitioned from a modest in-house operation to a significant manufacturer catering to a global clientele.

Having recently achieved a pivotal milestone, the organization is now engaged in multiple critical projects for the upcoming years and is making substantial investments in its facilities and broader infrastructure to facilitate this growth.

Consequently, the site is set to expand across various sectors to ensure that a competent team is assembled.

I am currently assisting the operations team in recruiting several new Manufacturing Technicians / Production Operators, ranging from entry-level to seasoned professionals.

In this role, you will work across diverse production areas, including dispensing, filling, and component preparation, allowing you to gain a wide range of production experience in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment. If you possess prior experience, you will have the opportunity to share your expertise with the team to aid in the site’s development.

Flexibility: This position requires adaptability to work various shift patterns (early and late) within a 37.5-hour work week. There is a significant potential for earning overtime.

Qualifications:

For Entry-Level Candidates:

  • Degree (or equivalent) in a Life Sciences discipline
  • Strong work ethic with a quick learning ability
  • Capability to adhere to strict processes
  • Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment (wearing appropriate attire)

For Experienced Operators:

  • Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment
  • Pharmaceutical experience is advantageous, but candidates from other sectors (e.g., food, aerospace) will also be considered
  • Proven ability to comply with stringent regulations and processes
