As a Senior Clinical Fellow, you will play a key role in developing and implementing clinical leadership and strategy initiatives that improve patient outcomes and enhance the quality of care.
Key Responsibilities- Lead projects to develop and implement clinical leadership and strategy initiatives
- Work closely with the executive team to identify and prioritize projects that align with the MSE ICS strategy
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the system to drive change and improvement
- Develop and implement quality improvement projects that demonstrate impact on patient care
- Doctor, Pharmacist, Dentist, Nurse, Midwife, Healthcare Scientist, or Allied Health Care Professional with full registration
- Must have completed one of the FMLM Clinical Fellow schemes
- Proven experience in quality improvement projects or clinical audit
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
