Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Management Manager to join our team at Vattenfall. As a key member of our Supply Chain and Maintenance Systems Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of our warehouse operations across the UK and NL.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in warehouse management, with a strong focus on supply chain and logistics. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing warehouse management strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Managing and coordinating warehouse operations across the UK and NL, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and storage.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of warehouse operations with other business functions.
  • Analyzing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Leading and managing a team of warehouse staff to ensure effective and efficient operations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as supply chain management, logistics, or business administration.
  • At least 4 years of experience in warehouse management, with a strong focus on supply chain and logistics.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective warehouse management strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead a team of warehouse staff.
