The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, managing, and supporting networks in customer Data Centres or Cloud environments. Key responsibilities include actioning, updating, and resolving logged support incidents, carrying out regular system checks, and participating in a rota for out-of-hours support. The successful candidate will also have in-depth knowledge of network security devices and configuration, VPN technologies, and network switches. Additionally, they will have a strong understanding of corporate LAN and WAN data networks, as well as knowledge of WAF and cloud-based security solutions. If you have a commitment to delivering a quality service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work to agreed standards and practices, we encourage you to apply. A Service Desk or remote customer support background with knowledge of ITIL methodologies is desirable. The role requires experience operating in a change control and configuration management environment, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Visio and network documentation.
