Job Summary:

As a key member of the engineering function, you will collaborate with a passionate team of professionals to deliver exciting new projects and contribute to the company's ongoing success.

About the Role:

  • Work closely with a team of engineering specialists to manage projects for key clients, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Develop and implement structural engineering solutions, coordinating with other disciplines to achieve project goals.
  • Manage and review documents and drawings to ensure quality and compliance, meeting client requirements and expectations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring they are informed and satisfied with project progress.

Requirements:

  • Proven background in structural engineering design and relevant software, including steel, concrete, and timber.
  • Ability to take the lead on projects, both new builds and updates to existing structures.
  • Previous experience in team leadership, mentoring junior staff, and reviewing work is highly desirable.
  • Ability to assess buildings and prepare SERs/calculation packages.
