About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Coldstore Operative. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure customer orders are accurately picked and placed in the corresponding cage for the next morning.
  • Handle customer confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Pick orders with zero mistakes, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and implement process improvements.
  • Assist the office team as needed, providing support and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
  • Report any health and safety concerns, stock quality issues, or mechanical problems to the relevant authorities.
Requirements
  • Evidence of commitment and stability, with a strong attendance and timekeeping record.
  • Numerate and literate, with basic secondary education.
  • Desirable: Health & Safety training and a positive attitude towards learning and development.
