Clinic Administrator: Dermatology Department

We are seeking a dedicated Clinic Administrator to join our dynamic Dermatology Department. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of our clinics and will involve working closely with a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities include:

Assessing clinic appointment utilization. Overseeing clinic scheduling and templates. Handling urgent patient referrals. Monitoring administrative escalations and issues. Responding to appointment inquiries. Scheduling new and follow-up appointments. Coordinating clinic operations and patient waitlists. Inputting and managing data accurately.

The ideal candidate will possess:

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. A team-oriented mindset. The ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy to maintain high service standards. A commitment to working Monday through Friday.

Job Duties

The successful candidate will provide a comprehensive administrative support service to the department, ensuring that all operations run efficiently. Key tasks include managing patient bookings, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with various teams to enhance service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Understanding of confidentiality requirements as per data protection regulations.

Familiarity with medical terminology. Advanced computer skills.
