We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced 3D Workshop Supervisor to join our team at Solus Accident Repair Centres. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the workshop team in producing high-quality repairs with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve a "right first time" culture and attitude towards work.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure the team is equipped with the latest knowledge and skills.
