As a Technical Manager, you will play a key role in upholding and advancing the company's stringent standards of Quality and Food Safety. Your leadership will ensure that production meets and exceeds all safety and quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team across Quality Assurance, Compliance, and Hygiene departments, fostering a culture of professional development and high performance.
  • Act as a champion of the client's rigorous standards for Quality and Food Safety, implementing strategies that bolster our competitiveness in the market.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex food safety and quality issues, applying expert knowledge and swift problem-solving skills.
  • Prepare for and manage audits and customer visits, demonstrating the client's compliance and dedication to best practices.
  • Spearhead innovations in technical processes and food safety that align with customer expectations and regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
  • Possesses extensive experience in the chilled food industry.
  • Demonstrates a proven track record in leading large teams within a fast-paced FMCG environment.
  • Exhibits exceptional problem-solving capabilities and influential communication skills.
  • Holds a passion for fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in all operational facets.
What We Offer:
  • Up to 20% non-contractual bonus
