Senior Accountant Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team at Public Practice Recruitment Ltd. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional accounting services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and submit statutory and financial statements with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Review and prepare statutory accounts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare tax returns and assessments for various organisational structures, providing expert advice where necessary.
- Assist with VAT returns, ensuring timely submission and accuracy.
- Manage workflow and ensure client work is completed to a high standard and within deadlines.
- Liaise with HMRC on client matters, providing professional representation.
- Confidently communicate with clients, attending meetings and addressing queries.
- Support with general accountancy services and business advice, providing valuable insights.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, providing exceptional service and support.
- Provide training and development for junior staff, promoting knowledge sharing and growth.
- Work closely with senior team members, contributing to the success of the team.
- Promote and strive for customer service excellence, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Requirements:- ACCA, ACA, or CA qualified.
