We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our team at ESS, a leading provider of Defence, Government, and Energy services. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services, managing a team of professionals, and driving excellence in customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote a Safety Culture: Ensure that the cleaning team is aware of and operates in accordance with company and client Health & Safety procedures.
- Manage Labour, Equipment, and Resources: Oversee the cleaning labour, equipment, and resources budget to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Ensure that the cleaning operation continually improves, meeting or exceeding client service level agreements and company procedures.
- Engage and Manage the Cleaning Team: Foster a positive and productive work environment, ensuring that the cleaning team is engaged and managed effectively.
- Manage Third-Party Suppliers: Oversee third-party suppliers or contractors, ensuring they meet or exceed agreed service level agreements.
Requirements
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills and experience in a management role within the soft FM service industry.
- Knowledge of FM Operations: In-depth knowledge of FM operations, including customer service, quality management, and financial management.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Financial Acumen: Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in computer software and systems, including Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
