Christmas Stylist Opportunity at Jo Malone London

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Christmas Stylist at Jo Malone London.

As a Christmas Stylist, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, building rapport, and exceeding expectations. You will contribute to daily and weekly store targets during our peak trading period, supporting colleagues and working as part of a team focused on creating a memorable customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, educating customers on product features and benefits
  • Contribute to daily and weekly store targets during peak trading period
  • Support colleagues and work as part of a team to create a memorable customer experience
  • Adhere to all store/company retail housekeeping, health & safety, and security standards
  • Make our stores peak ready by supporting the management team with visual merchandising changes and stock management
  • Follow brand/store procedures when receiving, checking, unpacking deliveries, and following replenishment process

Requirements:

  • Passionate and enthusiastic about our brands
  • Great communicator, able to positively engage with our customers
  • Flexibility to work across peak in the six weeks leading up to Christmas
  • Positive outlook and accommodating, can-do attitude
  • Responsive to business needs, proactive to go above and beyond
  • Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is desirable
