ROLE SUMMARY - Aviation Quality Manager
This is an exceptional opportunity for a Quality professional excelling in the aviation industry.
As an Aviation Quality Manager, your primary focus will be on ensuring compliance with various aviation standards and regulations, particularly emphasizing Part 145 (Aviation Maintenance compliance).
Your extensive experience in aviation will enable you to conduct thorough Quality Audits and facilitate External Audits effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Aviation Quality Manager
- Ensure adherence to international management system standards, including AS9100, CAA Part 21, and Part 145.
- Serve as the Independent Systems Monitoring (ISM) authority for Part 21J.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of aviation regulations, including CAA, EASA, and FAA.
- Lead a team of Quality professionals across various locations.
- Oversee the management of the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) and associated quality frameworks.
- Drive continuous enhancement of Quality business processes.
- Manage a portfolio of external and customer Quality certifications.
- Develop and implement internal audit strategies covering approvals and certifications.
- Monitor and follow up on quality and safety initiatives.
- Deliver training on quality protocols, standards, and aviation regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS - Aviation Quality Manager
- Proven experience in Aviation Quality Standards and Compliance (Part 145).
- Familiarity with CAA Part 21J, Part 21G, and Part 21J regulations.
- Ability to interpret emerging regulations related to Safety Management Systems.
- Working knowledge of AS9100/ISO 9001 standards.
- Qualified Lead Auditor certification.
- Degree in a relevant field (preferred).
- Proven capability to lead programs and projects effectively.
