Housekeeping Supervisor Role and Responsibilities

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our rooms and suites are cleaned to the highest standards. This will involve:

  • Inspecting rooms and suites to ensure they meet our quality standards
  • Supervising and supporting a team of Room Attendants to ensure they perform their roles to the highest standards
  • Reporting maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Working closely with Front Office to ensure room allocation and readiness for guest arrivals

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a Supervisor in a Housekeeping Department
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail and cleanliness
  • The ability to work under pressure and think on your feet
  • A willingness to jump in and help the team in times of busy operations
