Sales Area Manager

We are a multinational company operating at a global level in the healthcare retail market. Our network comprises over 8,000 points of sale, where more than 000 people work every day to support thousands of individuals worldwide by providing our best-in-class products.

To strengthen our leadership in the area, we are seeking a Sales Area Manager to join our UK sales team, supporting our branches and shops across an area spanning from North-East London to Norwich.

As a Sales Area Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and commercial consolidation of your assigned area, creating and optimizing commercial opportunities to achieve business targets.

You will have the opportunity to act as an entrepreneurial and inspirational leader, fostering the development of your team, who will be the driving force behind your area's business results.

You will ensure the timely execution of company projects and strategy by leveraging people excellence and leading an engaged and qualified team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out strategic analysis and forecasts, setting area budget and sales targets.
  • Define area, shop, and individual action plans, and implement them through regular visits.
  • Be responsible for shop personnel's development and performance, leveraging shop visits to build a proactive culture, providing coaching and punctual feedback, and fostering team spirit, collaboration, and motivation.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director and HR in recruiting and selecting shop professionals.
  • Ensure optimal area coverage in terms of resources and staffing to reach the highest performance levels, based on territory analysis.
